Here’s a quick introduction to let you know what’s on the way.
As you know, I want to help you improve your mental health. To do this, I focus on wellbeing, productivity and technology. The podcast episodes will focus on the things that are essential, and deliver them in quick bites you can keep coming back to.
I’ll share stories, ideas and helpful practices you can immediately put into action. This will be a collection you can keep dipping into. When you need a reminder and when you need inspiration, it will be right here.
There won’t be a schedule though. I’m sure you’ll appreciate that with the subjects I cover, it’s more important to get things right rather than on time. For this reason, I plan to use a serial format and release them in ‘seasons’ of 6 episodes.
